Here's something you should be aware of if you decide to add the riff: The sfx for the Necro effect is the same effect as the Black Heart effect and, much more concerning, Void's backdrop-changing effect, the last one worrying me the most since the effect is played much louder and slower, and beating Delirium will make the riff played several times during his death animation and might scare some people that aren't aware.
That aside, this is still an insta-install for me
