@Dovah793 they wear Sherden armor, but since there are only few models, and I wanted the bodyguartd to be distinct from ordinary unit, I juggled in some pieces from Avatars of Gods bodyg. look

@xavi2333 There is already mod increacing normal general variations, and it should be compatibile with this mod.

Thanks for ur mod, It will be interesting if u can make another of the "normal" generals of factions look more unique depending of what shield or armor wear.

Generals will use the same weapon type as thier bodyguard. But I did not mixed their unique looking ones (e.g. Achilles will use his unique spear model when equipped with spear, but when you swap it for sword he will use regular leaf bladed sword).

@xavi2333 I looked at it and it seems as conflict with different mod. It didn't occur to me during testing. Besides, I didn't touch generals / their loadout / shields.

Hey mate. Im using a mod that includes the warriors of Ithaca as a unit. Would it be possible that Odysseus's heavy bodyguards could wear capes?

can you make this bodyguards for succesors? If you can make the vanilla bodyguards look better making them using capes or something different will be great. Nice mod, your work is great.

@Ghost Just made update including Achilles and his myrmidons. I did som changes to heavy variant to distinguish them from medium, but kept that myrmidon feeling. Hope you enjoy it.

@Hardrada Hi, and yes, it bothered me as well, hence this mod. I will also try to make generals stronger, beceause they are using tier 4 weapons, and I think king's bodyguard should be equipped with the best kingdom can offer

hi, this looks like what i need to play. I hate what they have done to the general units its no wonder the generals die on turn one. have you seen achillies general units they are all tier 1 looking men that dont even have a normal unit in game?
