Yeah same. I can see why Valve opted out to change this, but since Nick is my favorite survivor i simply have no other choice but to use this

Can see why it was unused ( Those zombie arms are visually similar to common's ) ,
and the L4D1 version doesn't look that good in my opinion,
probably because it is just reusing the zoey image from another icon, and the zombie arms blending into the icon background
