Rustbelt rising isn't updated for newest OWB so it won't work anyway

Change log? I have a local copy of OWB + full map expansion that I've been tweeking and patching as I find problems, so I may have already fixed whatever was changed. (Yes, I know I asked the same thing about AC, but I'd like to know what specifically changed (Also, you may want to look into adjacencies, the map looks terrible with all the islands unconnected to their close neighbors.))

my game usually crashes im using a work computer i wouldnt worry about mine crashing

it only has a small country trigger file, has no reason to make game crash

yeah its crashing for me too

it crashed, either because 2 mods were for V14 OR because i just have a slow PC and it usually crashes, ill try again
