Hehe I don't know how to fix that😅. Whenever I have chance creating a survivor, I replace the ragdoll with dancing animation just for fun lol.

Oh no, that bearded Ellis head texture is already compressed multiple times, so it's super green, and you seem to have edited again so it has become even MORE green!
