There's 2 values in "self:CreateGib(model, data)" function.

Data is a table, so you should just add "IsRagdoll = true" inside of it.
Like:

"self:CreateGib( "gibmodel", { IsRagdoll=true } )".

It won't do anything right now. It'll work only after Zippy add it into ZBase.

Yeah, you can fix it by using "self:CapabilitesRemove(CAP_INNATE_RANGE_ATTACK1)" in "NPC:OnInitCap()" function

Also, I've just pushed a pull request for ZBase that allows to make ragdoll gibs, so if Zippy add it, you can fix antlion worker issue.

@Limakenori Guys is a unused animation "Fire Attack" on Antlion Guard

I think you should remove Antlion guard's range attack capability, so it stops playing unused "fire" animation.

I've just realised that when I made the turret from Portal for my personal use and it didn't shoot!
