NCE messes up damage rates in a lot of scenarios and the thing it "fixes" is very niche.
You have to basically go out of your way to cause any issues with it.
People are free to make a patch for this mod, but I personally don't care for it as it ruins swarm type factions due to it making it easier to negate chip damage.
It's possible that Antiquity Sheks removes the pants from the shek in favor of the torso armour covering their lower half, which would make them pantsless if they equip the armour from my mod.
Yeah they would probably fit on farmers and dust bandits, I think I just gave them to ones that had existing armours from the list, and I believe I already equipped some of the amour to shek guards.
What sort of hn armours? I wouldn't want to add onto their own armour as the uniformity of their army is part of their culture, but maybe something like the ronin plate being looted and modified armour?
Also I'd love to see you do A version for HN armors. If you'd like we can get in contact and I already have a list of kit-bash options you could look over.
Understandable, I try to balance my mods organically as if they were apart of the base game to begin with, so having them be player exclusive would feel weird.
I know there are a few items like that already in base game, but those are usually unfinished items with incorrect models or stats.
If you check the last few images it will show a list of all the npcs and vendors that have items from this mod. Not every npc will wear every item, and not every shop will have every item either.
I forgot to show in the screenshots, but they all have functional color maps in case you were wondering.
