@Dth If you need to update model, you have to go to your blueprints and click [Replace] button to oversave file, then publish it again and it will automaticaly update your blueprint on Steam workshop. This is only works with original files so keep in mind to make backup somewhere of local files. You can find local files in Space Engineers folder in my documents or %appdata% folder called also "Roaming" (Windows 10). There you can also update thumbnail of your items.

In your documents there should be Space Engineers folder and local blueprints. There you can change thumbnails of all your items. Just publish blueprint again to make it update itself. :)

I have to ask, I have tried to make stuff on steam workshop but i don't know how to change the thumbnail how did you?
