you can't die but if you type kill you die whith that much hp

@Finespane it's a dupe you spawn it in though the dupes tab in the spawnmenu

i have a mod called tacmove it has a feature where you will like run out of energy when you run pick up and jump its funny because this creates the effect so big when you move you actually starts moving backwards im not joking and the idle effects are so big it starts to make it looks like you are crouching

sv_cheats 1 and then enter and then put 'god' and u have god mode

jlerwin, it looks like helicopter grenades but if you spawn it they become bouncy balls

you hold e to eat the balls (the balls are in entities > fun & games)
when you eat them, you get +5 health.
