my jeep can be damaged by normal projectiles , so it's not a problem for me.
Besides , there will be a 12.7mm AMX13 , i just take a rest because i have been vehicle modding for years

I don't understand your question. I'm saying that the 7.62mm ammo used by this gun should be capable of damaging unarmored vehicles like jeeps, and better yet, the specific ammo variant could be changed to 7.62mm armor piercing ammo, to be used against lightly armored vehicles such as APCs of the same time period.
These are suggestions I am making.

I'm using it against just jeeps though, and it can't even get through them :(

yes ,it just use 7.62mm projectile, so it can't damage light armored vehicle.
Because light armored vehicle can defend 7.62mm in reality.

Is it me, or does the MG do zero damage against other vehicles (even light or unarmored vehicles)? I get no hit-marker or hit confirmation on the vehicles, only on NPCs.
