I changed the description for more clarity, although if something isn't changed by a mod you can generally assume it works normally. Thus, any MegaStructure that wasn't on the list shouldn't be different from its base Stellaris behaviour >.<

What megastructures can't be built in the same system? The description is uh, very not specific...

"Tall" refers to a small empire versus a "Wide" or large empire. Generally, the latter has outperformed the former in most ways for a long time, but the recent expansions have really opened up viable, strong Tall play styles. So, this mod lets players really narrow their space down if they didn't enjoy having "extra" systems solely for MegaStructures.
