Probably not, as it would require remaking the entire livery to match the new UV on the in game shay.

Since the Shay has became an official addition to the game, would you like to make a livery version of this, instead of just a train mod livery?

Sounds like you didn't download the required mod. You can find it in the sidebar of this page. It should've also prompted you to download it when you subscribed to this livery, so if you didn't then that's on you.

Yes, the other one would have been Heisler #6, one of the few locos we never got around to making unfortunately :(
