If you wanted it to be lore-accurate, it wold be HEV MK 4 from HL1/Black Mesa. The one you have now is the HEV MK 5 from Half-Life 2 and the episodes.

Yes, the server is still up, just type "Connect 51.254.141.168:27015" into your console.
