this is so sick, even if you weren't interested in making him a full character, would you mind offering advice to someone who is? (me)

Being able to teleport with opponents whenever he wants would not be fun as you could just constantly kill your opponent at 0% by jumping off stage

I thought about it during development, but thought it would be too toxic and be very boring so I kept it restricted to opponents in hitstun and teammates

Nevermind lol, he can only clap opponents he hitstunned, hopefully he can do it unconditionally in the future 🙏

For some reason none of the claps work for me except the rock throw, is it just me?
