I did report administrators with chairman not being able to become headmaster as a bug, so it's just a case of waiting and hoping it eventually gets fixed.

As for finding these employees (and the teachers) really early game, that's awful luck. If I was able to lock them behind higher tier schools, I would, but I don't have that option.

Chairman on Cherri is useless. Unless I'm missing something, staff can't become the Headmaster.

these are not helpful at all when they show up from the start and clog up my slots with crap i can't afford lmao. rename the mod to early game hinderance teachers.
