No it isnt lol, stop being a baby. over 100 countries use the term hearing impaired and nobody has an issue but you. Softening the facts with the sugaring of words does nothing. Impaired isnt a bad word also...

dude i never know when the mom hands spawn in because sometimes i play without sound for whatever reason and then i just get slapped in the face with the hands and i never get to use dog tooth

Huge thanks for making this mod; definitely of great help in many situations! I wanted to ask though; any possibility to manually adjust the position of these cues? I found that these alerts can overlap with the game's interface when Isaac holds two pick-ups. Additionally, I personally would prefer it on the left side of the screen. If it isn't too much trouble, would you consider updating your mod with this option please? (I can also open a GitHub issue if it makes it easier for you to track) Regardless I think this mod is great; thank you so much!

you'll probably need all of the DLCs to make it work. based on what are you concluding that it doesn't work? do you have dog tooth/there's a mom's hand in the room? if you're sure that it doesn't work, please open a github issue and post the log file there https://github.com/aleksander-ciesielski/isaac-visible-audio-cues/issues/new
