Although Chimi and the original Universal Downpour mod have returned, I added this to my Blood Storm Collection since it as a script can be run on top of other mutations and game modes.

this one isnt the mutation, ithink this ones just all campaigns

the mod works but you cant choose it as a mutation and affects every map. not trying to be rude, just letting you know.
