doesnt let me spawn after die srry for my english

Tried using this but it doesn't show in the sandbox menu, please help.

I have the same issue as @makazex I host a server and all 4 players have the same issue when we die we have to disconnect and connect again, I looked in the console logs and no errors are getting logged there which is really weird

@Ghost - That is handled by the vanilla game code, it is random that you will spawn with a "starter house key". There may be a sandbox option, not sure.

Hey if I spawn in a house do I get the key for it as a starting home?

This mod, only allows to store 1 Coord?

Any kind soul could tell me if the mod is still working on the current unstable? I was trying to do the Skyscrapper challenge by using sandbox mode then choose your spawn option and inserting the coodinates from {链接已删除}b42.com but it spawns me everytime in a randowm spot on level 0.

its literally last comment in the link u posted, another one in february, wanted to post error message from error magnifier, but game crashes everytime while trying to copy error message, but then i realized these error occurs without this mod, so at least error magnifier doesnt register any errors with this mod. i can post debug log if u want (all 2500 lines?)

@makezex - This is the first report (out of 50k+ folks) of this happening. Could you post any logs you have to this thread and I can try and diagnose the issue you are having?

(B41) this mod breaks the game if u try to create new character after dying; ui just disappears and nothing is happening (still can quit to main menu). doesnt matter what spawn point u choose mp or sp. i never really used this mod but when i played last year it wasnt breaking the game. unsubbing and subbing doesnt fix it (unless u have to delete files manually? idk) never played or even downloaded B42 just FYI. (no other mods except mod manager)

Would be cool to have a randomizer option, that spawns you at a random valid location.

Do you have an eta on an update to fix zombie spawns with the new spawn settings?

@Hamel903 - You need to select "Choose Your Spawn!" in the spawn selection screen, not "Rosewood".

Disculpa, llevo 2 semanas intentando que el mod funcione en la build 42, coloco las coordenadas que quiero pero luego salgo en puntos aleatorios de Rosewood, es decir, pongo como punto de Spawn Rosewood (antes de las opciones Sandbox) y a pesar que me genera el personaje en Rosewood, me hace spawn en una casa del vecindario cerca de la estación de policia o (más frecuentemente) en una casa alejada de la mano de Dios al Sur Este de Rosewood, pero nunca me hace spawn en donde coloque las Coordenadas (que también son en Rosewood), que debo hacer para que funcione? Dejare también la pregunta en español por si alguien de la comunidad hispano hablante tiene el mismo problema.

Sorry, I’ve been trying to get the mod to work on build 42 for 2 weeks now, I put in the coordinates I want but then I spawn at random points in Rosewood, that is, I put Rosewood as the Spawn point (before the Sandbox options) and even though it spawns my character in Rosewood, it spawns me in a house in the neighborhood near the police station or (more frequently) in a house far from the hand of God to the Southeast of Rosewood, but it never spawns me where I put the Coordinates (which are also in Rosewood), what should I do to make it work? @sebastiangarcerant091 - It is considered a "map" by the engine, that's how the mod generates the custom spawn point you enter. Can I ask why you need to remove it? I can look into the steps needed to remove it from a save file dependancy (if possible), if you want to make a post in the the bug thread here:

hi I'm a local dumb ass, how does this work?

I used the mod to make my character appear in a specific location. Once I appeared there, I didn’t need the mod anymore, so I removed it. But now I can’t load my save because the game seems to treat the mod as a map, and without it, the save won’t work. What I’m asking is: is there any way to keep playing that save after removing the mod

sebastiangarcerant09 - I don't understand what you are asking. Are you saying you unistalled the mod, but it is still showing up in your mod list? Or are you still seeing "Choose Your Spawn" in new games created?

@petey - I don't know what other mods you are referring to, I only have this one. It's complicated because the game is designed specifically not to allow you to do what you are trying to do, and even moreso that you are trying to do it on an existing save.

It sounds like you are trying to load a save with a dead character, possibly not in Sandbox Mode? If you are not in Sandbox Mode the option will not be available.

If you can go to the FAQ in the discussion thread and review it, and post details about your game (game mode etc), I may be able to assist.

absolutley none of these spawn mods are working for me at all. newest update on b42. Existing save, have died, want to respawn closer. subscribed to the mods after the fact. Still only 5 spawn locations. Why is this so complicated

update, i found the issue it was an older mod that hadnt been updated to the current build and it was throwing a lot of things off. Your mod is working as it should

@Alpha - This sounds like it might be an issue with the Build & Map combo you are using (there is a different set for B41 and B42, which is unfortunetly confusing). The 'edge of the map' isn't expected behavior. Can you take a look here, and maybe post some details on what you are inputting and I can try and assist:

For some reason the spawns are messed up and starting me at the edge of the map miles away from where i intend to go. Im using the interactive map to get the co ordinates

@Pedro - Try exiting out to the main menu and then choosing "load game" and select your save with the dead player. Are you playing SP or MP?

I play in B41, and everytime I die and want to respawn, i can´t, I just watch my dead body walking and don´t respawn it doesn´t matter which option I use to respawn, but it only happens to me since I installed this mod.

Just downloaded it I can confirm it works with no issues so far. For those wondering when the mod asks you to choose your coordinates the X is always the first set of numbers and the Y is the other set. Just an FYI.

@Cebo Make sure the mod enabled in mods, its only usable in a Sandbox game. Then select "choose your spawn" in the map menu section, then in sandbox options you enter the cords under the "choose your spawn" sandbox option.

i installed the mod in a started game, but when i want to choose the spawn there`s no option "Choose Your Spawn!" is that an error? or may i`m doing something wrong?
