Workerless ones do work

It would be nice if you could make this work also like a bridge, so one vehilce at the time could drive to the other side :)

Does it actually work workerless though? I think workerless plants have to be tied to either the sun or the wind. I could be wrong if this has changed in a recent update, but it certainly used to be like that.

Already pumped up the workercount of the bigger plant. I want to keep the small one workerless, as in reality small plants like that are unstaffed and remotely controlled.

Nice model, but this could do with some reconfiguration.

You need to use at least 5 workers to supply a steady power supply, because otherwise there will always be outages. I would suggest:
$WORKERS_NEEDED 7
$PRODUCTION eletric 14.00

For the bigger station, and:
$WORKERS_NEEDED 5
$PRODUCTION eletric 12.00

for the tiny one.

You also need $HEATING_DISABLE and a vehicle station, because currently the trash container gets placed in the water. I would suggest:
$VEHICLE_STATION -4 0 5 -4 0 5

You have some duplicate construction sections as well. Remove a few of those.

These a great for remote places... would love to see a bigger one !

Technically it should be possible to make more realistic hydro power plant what consumes extreme amount of water, and requires high throughput water wells to be based on top of a hill.

Looks great! The one thing I would love to see is an incorporation of downleads from power lines, so that we don't get the pylons awkwardly stuck to the side. Wonderful and useful work either way.
