Yeah, exactly! Wall durability triumphs everything else for me.

Not a bad idea, given from the same line of mods, Granite Castle Walls have more HP then any other Fortification. They also have the highest build time, but I imagine in most cases, the ability for a wall to absorb damage is what one is looking for.
