@Jiran
Farmer's Guild in this mod does stack (Well-Fed included)
The Farmer's Guild has been updated as its original intent does not seem codeable atm.
It now grants +5 food per farm but applies to all your cities, grants +30% food income (so even cities with not many farms can get a sizeable benefit), and grants Well-Feed passive to all ur non-hero units.
And im playing with the idea of beefing up the # of food you get from the farmer guild's effect (maybe increase it by 1 each so 3 per province and 4 per farm, idk yet).
I could maybe see about making its food income be given to all your cities (maybe), but I need to get to the bottom of the bug PGV reported before I go down that road.
Production (Mason's Guild) don't have that same issue. You could argue that Production does eventually lose it's use on a city that has built all structures, but I only ever see that very-late game where the game isn't going to last much longer.
Armorer's Guild has draft which is local, but you never not need it since you can always build units where with production, u can only build so many structures.
Gold, Mana, and Research guilds are good bc its a global income.
I might change my mind in the future but those are my thoughts on the subject.
