I'm assuming it's "corrupt" because you already have another survivors HUD mod installed (this mod already had them included), so it's conflicting with this one. The only way to fix is to unsubscribe those HUD mod you've installed. If it's not that, it's probably just a HUD mod that's somehow now compatible with this, I really don't know what made it "corrupt" for you.
