it's certainly bugged as it is, it's meant to display attrition pending next turn, but the way they did it right now it's also applying that attrition right away, I would expect that to be fixed in next major patch or hopefully hotfix (I mean bugged in base game, thx for the mod to fix it)

I still don't understand why they implemented this, it isn't a bug according to them?
