for some reason this fight is showing up on the void floor. is there a way to stop that from happening?

Great idea, wish I could do the fight and then have the chase/escape sequence

there seem to be an issue with Grotto where leaving the fight makes Custom Stage API glitch out a bit, music keeps cutting off and rock grids seem to revert to regular Isaac rocks, leaving the stage doesn't seem to carry any issues though

Hey, would it be possible to make this mod work with Better Knife Pieces , I really like the concept of fighting for an extra item, right now if I go into the minecart I get softlocked because there's nothing there...

uhh, I got the fight in the Void even after it was supposed to be fixed, I use BetterVoidGeneration from Repentogon so that might be why?

the whole point of repentogon is that it makes more mods possible

Would bring a lot of variety.

I really like this idea and the execution of this mod. It would be nice to have like at least one small hallway before you enter before directly into the bossfight but that's just a small thing.

yall are missing the point of the mod. im not trying to make "better escape sequence" i'm just trying to make a fun alternative to the normal sequence. it's meant to be the same length and difficulty, just a different experience. i wouldnt want to do that because that'd make the sequence longer than normal.
