Sorry for disappearing. I spent a day back in October troubleshooting and figured out that the addon wouldn't update at all no matter what changes I made to the .gma file. The addon showed that it was updated but seemed to completely override the new file with the old one. I'm thinking it's a problem with the .exe used to upload. Sorry for the disappointment folks.

Any word on getting the nodes and navmesh uploaded?

i haven't had issues with .ain or .nav files missing in my map uploads, you could try updating it if you made sure the files are in the correct directory.

Thanks for the info. The files were already located in those folders when I initially packed it into a .gma and uploaded it. Or am I supposed to update it post-upload anyway?

.ain go in maps > graphs
.nav go in the same folder where the .bsp folder is.
then update the addon which should now include a navmesh and ai nodes.
if that still doesn't work then i'm kinda stumped on that part

Just do nav_generate in console, its easier and faster (unless potato pc)
