For now, this project is on the backbone, anyone's free to continue where I left off with a reupload.
As for me, I am currently making a minor addon for Aelanna's Eccentric Tech - Fusion Power mod. Mostly for personal use, in regards to making Helium-3. When that's done, I'll move onto closing down some old projects of mine, and afterwards I may come back to finish what I started.
I owe atleast that much to the people here
I am back from my X-months long hiatus? School work, general laziness and so on, I'm back now.
As @Gerewoatle said, its a vanilla issue, and their listed mod seems to have a fix for that.
But I'll see if there's anything I can do for bionics.

Which would be weird, Unless you don't have Vanilla armour expanded enabled.
Trooper set is in the Trooper armor research added by Vanilla armour. so without the mod adding that research in, there is nowhere to research them.
There isn't a list of the boots and gloves available, so as far as I can see there's only recon and cataphract sets.
How does adding flak gloves and boots sound?
However I'm looking into patching to see if I could add my variant of them, with my own stats (same with marine set), and have a patch override the base set, as to not have duplicates
