If you click subscribe it should appear as a template in the shipyard. You'll have to equip it yourself though. As this is a huge hull design you will need to have researched Dreadnought Doctrine before you can see it in game. Go into the ship designer and start new dreadnought design and the template should be available

She is indeed. I never really appreciated it until I studied the ship to make this build. The Connie looks quite primitive by comparison
