While I can't say for certain its the same, this is pretty much how the trucks work in the current version of the game. Good job being ahead of the curve again.

Yea, I'd much rather this be some kind of upgrade, unlocked through research or something rather than replacing trucks. I mean, imagine having thousands of old MK1 trucks laying around like you end up having with your old Depot pads. :P
