@Kazikkk late but still, there is already mod for that on nexus mods called New Game Plus Plus.

And nexus has its own mod manager, if you wish to download more mods, you can download them intro that mod manager to auto organise them so they work.

Or you can download collection of mods that are already setup and you wont have to do almost anything

YO could you please make a mod that lets you play NG+ in NG+ going infinetly??
