yeah, kind of try to avoid permabuttons, but for this map there where so many issues that this was the easiest design choice. glad you liked it

Nice map! I'm not a huge fan of permabuttons but the various permutations of knocking cubes into each other were quite fun.

Yeah, this chamber is flawed, but I feel like it lies in the nature of the exit move. Later I'll probably upload a video, that shows my intended solution.

Ok, I redesigned it again, and now if you find an unintended solution I accept my fate an leave it be. I want to move on to other projects. Regarding the pedestal buttons: I couldn't reproduce the error and asked friends and they to don't have the issue. I guess it has something to do with your specific installation of portal 2, what exactly, I have no clue. Kind regards and happy breaking!

LOL, another unintended way to solve the chamber…. I will look into why that happens with the pedestal buttons… Apart from that looks like this is a never Ending Story, this chamber is my arch nemesis design wise. I will move the Purple Cubes Dropper location and hopefully fix the pedestal buttons. Until then cheers and thanks for discovering these solutions, because for some reason this chamber poses a huge challenge for me to get right, but hey, you technically get multiple puzzles out of one chamber @hub…

Nice update. But for some reason, the pedestals are not visible from my side. Nevertheless, they can be activated. The map tells me that there is an error “Error Vertex File for 'props/switch001.mdl' checksum -128778”, and the game crashes after alt/tab.

the actual solution was intended to be harder, so let's see how I can maybe somehow prevent you from using the red cube for the faith plate

well yeah, not exactly, I might have to do some redesigning.... The logic in this puzzle was generally a huge mess while designing it and I constantly had issues, so I guess I'll have some fun tomorrow....

Wait, did you solve it without shooting the purple cube into the green cube with the faith plate to knock both in to the goo hole, so both respawn? After that the green cube respawns and gets flung into the funnel and the purple cube respawns on the side with the exit. Meanwhile the red cube is supposed to maintain the funnel polarity. And then you should have the setup to perform the final move where you shoot the portal so that the one cube knocks the other one out of the laser beam. Sorry if that was a little hard to follow, but it’s kind of difficult to explain.

Architecturally beautiful; great music; great balance of difficulty; and clever finishing move. My only real critique would be that it can feel a bit big to walk through, and that the faith plates feel extraneous. Maybe the plates are necessary (correct me on that if I'm wrong), though I couldn't discern a puzzle-related use.
