i love maps with this sort of styled textures, just the basic 2 grass and white concrete textures can really make alot of good sexy looking maps, you just love to see it

Yes. Type "nav_generate" into the console while playing the map and it will produce a permanent navmesh for you.

It's located in the others tab because the file name is just 'bunker' and I didn't realize I forgot to change it until after I uploaded.
