Ok so i dont this mod works anymore, i try to launch the game with only that mod and it crashes

Hi, i have found a Bug(?), if i go to my building menu, i cant see or build any Shipyards.
my workaround for the moment is a Cmd do build instandly my ships but i dont like it.
