The update improves the way of the F-16 attacks. Buffs Human navy, superweapons and some other units. Reduces the AI build queue count for all BETA timelines (Laser or Heavy Laser) by 1–2. Adjust several maps and fix some bugs.

Hello, would there be a chance for updates in the future for a toggle on prioritizing laser strains? Either that or TSFs automatically target any lasers in their range regardless of other strains within their vicinity, it would make Laserjagds much more micro friendly. Also are there any other smaller plans like art design wise such as custom buildings instead of the base game buildings?

@Featherlord To effectively counter laser strains, you can try repeatedly switching TSF from FLY to JUMP and then back. This will have a chance to disrupt the laser's lock-on for a very short time (useless for laser fort class). Check 3:46 of this video on how to use this method to counter laser strains https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fbp_GGUOslg

They ignore friendlies in their line of fire due to game limitations.
For the anti-laser clouds, you need to fire on top of the lasers, or you need to make sure the lasers will be in the anti-laser clouds; if out of range, it wont work.

In my experience the best way to tackle lasers is to use TSFs with shields as they have some extra health that iirc regenerates out side of combat and can soak up laser damage temporarily. You can also use suppressive artillery to distract lasers. And AL smoke should prevent lasers from targetting you too much whether its on them on infront of them. But im not sure myself.

This mod is tons of fun, the only issue is that I'm not sure how to really engage Lasers/Heavy Lasers effectively. Any advice?

Some questions about Lasers/Heavy Lasers and Anti Laser Missiles/Munitions. They ignore friendlies in their line of fire due to game limitations? Also, how do Anti Laser clouds work in the mod, should the missile be fire on top of the Lasers or is the cloud just being in their way when firing apply the effect?

@TexasStyles The Super Weapons of each faction, like XG70, P1500, G-bomb, Esper and Deep-sea Submarine, can also destroy the Main Hive effectively as well.

Awesome mod man! It's basically everything I have ever wanted to see in a muv luv rts. Tho got any tips on attacking the 1999 and 2005 main hives? I have no idea how to deal with the tentacles that seem to insta kill/mind control any tsf that gets too close...also appreciate any solo strat tips!

amazing mod. if at all possible could you add a "start" faction selector? it would allow us to use other mods with this one without having to set it up first in sandbox mode. otherwise, this mod is perfect and well polished.

The new update fixes some map issues, 1999 change to only one Laser Fort-Class unit can exist on the field across all AI teams, adds more startup funds for 1999 and 2005.

@Kiyoshi Senpai This may be due to the lock-on mechanism of Rusted Warfare. If the F16 locks on another unit, you may need to manually change the attacking unit to launch the missile.

Me and a bunch of friends just did the sado scenario and won but it was made incredibly difficult as the landing hovercrafts could not come onto land to load ground units. Please fix the maps so we can load ground units onto the hovercrafts
