just on louvois? or on other maps too? By any chance, were you on multuplayer? In multiplayer some times the server admin might have commands or permissions to keep other players from spawning stuff, (i do that with my friends, but it does not influence the map in any way) still, try looking for any conflicting addon or disabling them, I do not have that problem :/

indeed, there are some innacurate details here and there, I wasn't able to find a full view of the interior of the tower and house, only a 2D plan of the first floor of the tower, but I think it works well
