just a note you can fix the T-pose issue by replacing all the "$declaresequence" lines and those four "$includemodel" lines at the end of QC with the ones from original QC or from "some" francis mods, kinda weird and tricky but well based on my experience, it works at least

My advice is to play offline only instead of online with my Francis replacements because for no reason while playing online, it screws up the animations even though the sequence order is correct. But in general, if you want to play modded survivors, just play offline.

This is really suspicious, I'll check them.

Btw I just did the addonconfig.cfg put it on 0 cuz I didn't tried that one before but didn't work u_u the other ones suggested I also tried them as well and no luck. Sad u_u

I just would like to say that @PS_FatCat said is not alone on this. I also had same issues even after testing it with no mods but I was too shy to bring it up again. Thing is that this same T pose happened again in multiplayer when I used Gallagher on Francis, then I switched him to Bill and works like a charm. However, at that moment I asked a friend if he could try using Wriothesley skin (because this is Francis I want hehe) My friend tried with no mods and showed me through stream that he was having issues with the animations like the one user PS_FatCat describes below, holding rifle, and no healing animation, etc. Not sure what can be done because author says the model was tested and works correctly, so I don't know. @PS_FatCat, have you tried to verify the game files? If it doesn't work, then try this, make sure that no other Francis replacements are conflicting with this one and restart the game, put the command sv_consistency to 0 to prevent overriding the MDLs, make sure that on addonconfig.cfg located on the CFG folder that they are all to 0 to prevent restrictions. And also make sure that whenever you play online, just tag "Official" instead of others and try again. Because i tested him offline and online (which my brother did) at the same time and they both work just fine. I'm not sure if your game is brain-dead or confused but everything else in my side works just fine.

@PS_FatCat, Anoher thing that you can do is to go to L4D2 Directory, go to CFG and edit the file called addonconfig.cfg. Just open it up with notepad and set all of them to 0. This will allow you to use your add-ons without restrictions.

or if you have the consistency to 1, just switch it to 0. This will fix some override MDLs.

@Ps_FatCat, I actually tried playing online with him and it works just fine.
Just try not to join into modded servers, because in some modded servers they use different animations that it will impact the proportions.

@PS_FatCat, Make sure you don't have other Francis replacements because using mutliple add-ons that they conflict with this one can cause some major issues. Just subscribe to this one only, restart the game and make sure no other add-ons are conflicting with this one. How come the lux legs add-on are working with this add-on? the answer is simple, the sequences are correct and they should also work with online animations.

@Rebe, it's you because i tested him online and it works just fine. My brother also tested him online and it works too without any issues. Just make sure that no add-ons are conflicting with this one. just unsubscribe all of your useless add-ons, subscribe to this one and restart the game.

mmm not sure if others are having the same problem but I've noticed that the model sometimes T-poses when playing in public lobbies, I recently added neuvillette model and no problems at all, any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.
