Medusa or Mercy whats your opinion?
I like Medusa more, mostly because I dont like the cockpit on Mercy.
Medusa is also more unique, because it is asymetric giving it a different touch.
But both are good.

This is the sexiest starter CV ive ever seen. Its an actual starter CV as in no extenders needed to start. And you didn't skimp on function or feel. Thank you for this one :)

A RCS on CVs is very much waste of CPU if you ask me. Upgrading thrusters is the right thing to do if you want more mobility.

Note also that a high pitch/yaw/roll on a pure transport - which basically every starter CV is until you upgrade it - is pretty much pointless. You gain nothing from it in terms of efficiency. It might feel better - but thats about it. Feels can be important though.

@LordNavarre would a RCS help with the low pich/yaw?

I love checking out other people's builds.
This one I will have do download and check out.

I have but one concern, the pitch/yaw are a tad low, though perhaps a thruster upgrade can cure it.

@Kahuna I sometimes get this after a long time of carrying it on my carrier. All the deco screens also turned off recently. I just turn the ship power off and on and they all reset. (Yes, I work in IT - turning stuff off and on to fix is in my genes :D )

Thought Id post my only problem Ive had with this ship here as you may know more about this bug, greatly appreciate your blueprints, however have noticed that for some reason all the shutter doors and ramps have just stopped working correctly and even removing them and replacing them via repair have done nothing to fix the issue.

@Skotty: Let steam verify your files, re-add the blueprint to factory, restart the game. Some of that usually fixes those issues.

So cant add to factory because " Exceeds max number for certain block type or blueprint type disabled by server". Local RE2 scenario. How to fix?

This is a fantastic ship! Great looking, easy to upgrade. I have modded and uppgraded mine to Core 9 and it woorks great as an allrounder!

I've been using this ship on the Anvil server. It is a fantastic design. Started out as my first CV, and now it is my dedicated CV miner. With a few shield/weapon upgrades, it also works great for POI assaults. Thank you, Ente, for another great blueprint!

The LCDs on the Hydra are at the front of the ship, in the crew quarters.

@Dracones: Yeah steel isn't really supposed to give much protection. Its rather cheap an light though.

Hello, Ente! I'm a fan of your projects.
Maybe you have a video about changing the color of some of your ships?
I read your instructions in the description of the Hydra ship, but I still haven't found the right LCDs.

Am happy to report this ship survived my first "warp into system, land on Zirax POI, reinforcements warp in, shields are instantly gone" encounter. The small overhang on the rear end took the hits and saved the thrusters. Though I was surprised by how fast normal steel gets deleted by enemy fire :O

@daledude22: Try restarting the game and re-adding it to the factory. Could be caused by a bug.

Haven't actually tested this yet, just wanted to say I love a good asymmetrical design! I was about to leave a more long winded comment - then I looked at who made this and thought.. of course it looks good..
