Alright, it was an easy fix - simply resubbing to the mod fixed it.

It looks like this mod has the same bug other vehicle mods recently acquired in the update where repairing most vehicle parts (i.e. using duct tape on seats or welding trunks) is impossible in the update

I guess I get the logic, though every car by 1960 had a factory heater. AC was purely optional.

If you want to use this mod on b42, just copy the contents of the main folder into a new folder called "42" and it should work
