Very nice. I've been hoping for sometthing similar to this for awhile now as well that gives my early game rookies a boost without giving me any mid to late game boost. This is great for the first couple of months.

That is correct. But this perk only applies to rookies so the modified success chance reverts to the base game's when a soldier is promoted.

Hello @AgRipnus, could you tell me, the SUCCESS_CHANCE = in this mod, is this your own personal percentage edit to the chance of a graze? Or is it the ability to edit the base game's own graze calculation?

Put simply, if I change to this SUCCESS_CHANCE = 75, does that mean a 3 in 4 chance of converting a miss to a graze?

Adding this to gatecrasher, would have the same effect as simply editing the .ini to add something like 20 Offense to the rookie class template. I personally wanted it to be unlockable so it doesn't feel like complete cheating.

Grenades and flanks is all you have. At least to me, after the 40th campaign, the first month feels like a slog. The cool modded stuff haven't kicked in yet and all you have is rookies and squaddies with their very limited options. I didn't make this mod to make the game easier for myself but to help get through the first couple missions faster and get the ball rolling.
