Clearing the mod's save data didnt seem to change anything that I could see. everything is still working the same and mod's settings data still gets wiped every reboot

until then could you try clearing the mod's save data? something might somehow have corrupted

It seems like the setting for "final chapters" and "all stages" does not save config after closing the game. I am editing this config through Rgon debug menu. Is there some way to fix this? Its a mild inconvenience having to redo my config every time I open the game

This doesn't work for Stageapi stages very well, it makes the music restart when leaving a special room, is there any way to fix it?

antibirth soundtrack should work ok, but if you have "music mod callback" it sounds like that might be the issue
that mod is obsolete for most cases with repentogon, so it should be safe to remove

when i am in the void, entering a new room the music restart over and over again, i disabled some music mods but i have the antibirth soundtrack. should i disable that one too?

is it that the boss music overwrites the void stage music?

ah soundtrack menu recently got updated to use repentogon, i'll see if i can fix any incompatibilities soon

there was a mod a while back that allowed for something like that using layers (like how floors go from combat to calm mixes) but would run into crashing if more than 5 tracks were layered. it also had no mod compatibility for soundtrack mods

not sure how possible this is but it would be cool to have a setting where the base floor music doesn't loop when another song starts, rather it continues where it left off

pushed an update adding a settings menu, allowing you to select between "void only", "final chapters", and "all stages" for the effect
it's a lil experimental so let me know if there are any issues

I love it every time. Paper Mario, Undertale and Deltarune, Persona 5, even Off... Background Music Override is a delightful trope.
