The over-the-head bars and the silly circle around the feet are my biggest gripes in this game. So your mod is nice. But wouldn't it be possible to make a version which removes them entirely?

That's unfortunate that it's not working on your save game. I wonder why it behaves differently on my end. Will have to ask the experts on how to resolve this.

So after extensive testing I found this to be unfortunately not save game compatible. You need to start a new game to enjoy this mod :-(

@andrewsrwelch Same as Art Restoration Project, I could guide you step-by-step. You could create your own mod, hopefully that would resolve your issues. Recently just knew a little bit about modding a few days ago, and I'm technically incompetent. But I'm telling you, it's learnable - at least the basics of modding. It helps to have someone to guide you.

Could there be a problem with your installation and residues from mods? It’s working just fine on my end with no hiccups. This is a very straightforward code taken from the vanilla game code, only altering the value of height. I also can’t see how this would conflict with 10+ Level Icons. This is especially so since the one who helped point out the code for this mod is the modder for the 10+ Level Icons.

It has worked for me once or twice, but seems to be not working now. :-(

Yes, in vanilla (and Rato's Gameplay Balance and Overhaul 3 mod) - the battlefield gets painted with bright green and yellow cones, which is obviously unimmersive. Would it be possible to make these still functional but more immersive / less obvious bright intrusive?
