if you mean infected survivors then you gotta first port the base survivors to the infected you want, then reskin it to actually look like a zombie and then add whatever else you want to it

@Special Forces do you mean how to make a special infected mod? Its basically the same as survivor mods and theres plenty guides on how to do that
