Oooh yes! What @Jokemercy said! A negative side effect for taking these, because well. They were mass produced and done so quickly. No tests made in human. So lorewise, it'd be awesome to have temporary negative side-effects.

This looks like a great idea.

Just thinking out loud here, but what if..

30% chance to make you sick. Like a bad cold and/or muscle fatigue for a few days or whatever.
10% chance of gaining temporary restlessness.
5% chance of hallucinations.
1% temporary blindness or impaired vision.
0.25% chance of sudden death syndrome, delayed for a random amount of time,
