not a big deal, but the reflection of the charge bar is messed up in water. it seemingly just goes wherever it wants to. not sure if this is an issue with your mod or all charge bars tho

People say "missing" like these items are supposed to or should have charge bars. Personally, I can't see why they would need charge bars at all. I only see charge bars being necessary for items the player manually charges up, not for items that do it automatically.

Except for breath of life maybe, I don't have any clue how to use that garbage item.

seconding the previous comment but with eye sore, the multiple shots count multiple times

Lead pencil charge bar easily may be broken by having Loki's horns, 4 shots on all sides at the same time this chargebar counts as 4 shots forward

It's really impressive and useful, one future addition can be the choose to move the icons on the bottom of the screen from Configuration Mode, maybe centered that everytime one chargebar appear, all the others remain centered.
This because if you take item like Placenta and Lead Pencil you have 2 fixed chargebar and if you don't need to have them within reach can be annoying

I recommend removing this mod from /mods folder to apply the patch
