this is bulky, but, still easily recognisable as demoman?
I think just a small amount of thinning on all parts would improve it but i wouldnt be offended if it got added

This is good. Fits Demo's personality, can go into a demoknight/hybridknight/stock loadout, and thank goodness you didn't make it paintable. I like it.

This deviates from demo's normal appearance quite a bit... It might look better with the shoulder plates removed since it appears chunky as is.
