It's an oversight on my part, I might be able to add the vehicle restrictions at some point.
I considered replacing the gun with the EMP but thought it didn't really fit in.

Wish some of the missions had restricted vehicle classes. Sometimes you need a police siren car and you pick a sports one. Also RIP gun mechanic. Would it be too hard to mod the EMP to act as gun?

I had to disable trains for this one as a workaround to a bug I couldn't fix. I hope to find a solution at some point.
