Of course you can, a sign just pops up saying you need a mod, but it's harmless.

I dont use some of the animation listed here, Can I still use this mod?

if you use races other than vanilla from the game, you need to patch them to use the animations or they will stand up when using things like beds and chairs.

For some reason, this Animation patch is attempting to reanimate ALL other modded race animations too, in which they end up standing,

Sitting = Standing
Sleeping = Standing
SOME fight animation that used to work with other animation mods, now fails to work,

It's like this patch is overwriting stuffs they're not meant to,
Perhaps it's just a case of putting the mods in different order, that could work, we'll see~
