Not sure if this is a game requirement, but the engine power rating is way too high. The class has 2 main engines of 7200 kW each, for a combined total output of 14400 kW.
With an actual loaded displacement of just over 4000 tons, 73549 kW of engine power would probably enable speeds in excess of 60 knots :-)

Why does it have two turrets at the bow and three in total? It should have two, one on the bow and one on the stern
