Hello, I'm currently working on the fix. Unfortunately when you change from infrastructure to trade or from infrastructure to trade, the province flags are not working properly. You eventually get MISMATCHED province modifiers and province flags, breaking the decision. Thanks! Dm if you want

Noticing that in this wonderful mod, the decision to remove policies from provinces does not work for ALL provinces that have policies. Let me look into that personally, but do you have any idea why?
