hey ace, would it be possible to get more blocks for this mod?
especially the armor plates, those would be amazing to have

the difference is that these emissive light blocks dont have a light source. light sources need a good amount of computing recourses since they have to be calculated. this is especially big if the lights throw shadows.
but since these blocks only emit light across their surface area they dont require as much processing power as actual light sources.
bloom is what makes them "glow", bloom is a post processing effect which extends the area that the emissive lights up

@Katarina [WolfCraft Industries] Thank you for responding. I hadn't fully recognised the "emission" aspect of this block. Can you explain (to a dumbass like me) what you mean by "you can spam them how ever much you want."?

this block here doesnt have any light sources, it only has emission meaning its better for performance and you can spam them how ever much you want.

Have now played with these blocks but don't really see why they are any better than the Light Blocks by Fred The Destroyer, Sektan or Skyblade. Can someone "enlighten" me?

this is seriously underrated. i'm currently detailing my ship with this block and it looks INSANELY good. i wished there were more blocks than just the normal full sized ones but i take what i can get. thank you!

also to the ones who wonder what this is.. its a block with pretty much maxed out emission, meaning it GLOWS. thats it, its just a block with emission. nothing else.

The title suggests this might be a way to customize emissives on any block, but the description makes it sound like it might be a separate block. A screenshot of what this is would be helpful.

Oh good, can we have this made into radiator panels? Because glowing radiator panels would be nice, doubly so if they buff reactors or something.
