So can I only do it for characters I'm playing as in the level? Like, if I'm playing as Hank in the level and Sanford and Deimos show up but aren't playable, I can't change their skins?

I'd love it if you or someone could tell me how to change skins of other characters if possible, and I can't switch between Sanford and Deimos after changing their skins
